Abstract: Published as part of the Lifestyle & Culture segment, this discussion accompanies, “The human body in Maltese art” by the author on the 17/07/2016 (https://www.um.edu.mt/library/oar//handle/123456789/39276). It continues to debate the vague lines that separate art and pornography drawing examples of visual, literal and theatrical projects that allegedly “threatened” public morality. It is a strong disapproval of the lack of clear administrative standards when it comes to the human body and sexuality.
