Banda dei Carabinieri and Carosello Equestre

Abstract

In November, 1981, under the auspices of the then Minister of Education and Culture, Miss Agatha Barbara, arrangements were made with the Italian Government for the "Banda dei Carabinieri" and the "Carosello Equestre" of the Corps to come over to Malta on a goodwill mission similar to those paid on other occasions to foreign countries. In fact, people still remember the highly successful visits paid by the Band of this distinguished Corps to the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries.
