Abstract:	A poster presentation regarding pharmacist intervention in multidisciplinary tasking of cancer patients. Introduction: Cancer is a multi-faceted condition and calls for a multidisciplinary approach when treating patients. Various anti-tumour therapies are administered, and owing to the co-morbidities of patients, co-ordination between healthcare professionals within an oncology setting is essential. These professionals, each having a different background, contribute towards the development of the best possible treatment plan for the patient. Aims: The aims of this study were to identify relevant clinical tasks which take place within the oncology setting, and to identify the perception of healthcare professionals specialising in this medical field, regarding the oncology pharmacists’ contribution.
