| Abstract: | Revellers at the feast of St Cajetan in Hamrun on August 3, 1929, discovered a new drink to toast with: Cisk Lager. They were, in fact, the first to taste what many consider to be the 'national' Jager, which was introduced almost 90 years ago. This article summarizes the history of the Cisk business, from its creation to nowadays. |
