Abstract: The introduction of Information and Communications Technology and computer equipment in Primary Schools aims to make use of the technology to teach the rest of the curriculum in an efficient way; to present content in an entertaining way; to offer children better opportunities for self expression; to familiarise children with a tool which is constantly imposing itself as a major part of their everyday life. Hardware has been introduced in the classrooms. Software has been selected to cover most of the curriculum areas and the development of ICT skills. As we all know, implementation of the project is now in its third year.
