Abstract

Publishing a Law Journal is a much needed exercise. The absence of any other regular Maltese Literature on Maltese Law is enough in itself to emphasize the importance which such a publication should acquire. I must state, however, that unfortunately, contrary to the enthusiastic views which I nursed before engaging myself in the publication of this Journal, co-operation from the members of the legal profession was more than wanting. Only a handful were ready to contribute their knowledge. It is hoped that in the future, the Law Journal will acquire the attention which I believe should be attributed to it.
