| Abstract: | Section 1 of Act VIII of 1981 says that ''This Act may be cited as the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act 1981 ... ". The authors wish to point out at the outset that any reference to Act VIII is a specific reference to Section 7 of the said Act, since it is this section which, affects most substantially the doctrine of Governmental Accountability as it had evolved up to 1981. |
