Abstract: | In Germany, Switzerland usually is said to be the 'Musterlandle der Demokratie', a pet form, that means model of democracy. Similarly it might be said that the Federal Republic is the 'Musterlandle', the model country, for co-determination and participation of employees in private enterprises and public administration. |
