| Abstract: | This paper looks at the key events of the Cambodian Genocide and the lasting effects of the Khmer Rouge regime on the Cambodian population. Knowledge of this tragic event in history among westerners is low. The physical project culminates these findings into an Illustrated guide, with the aim of raising awareness and bringing into the public eye once again, the Cambodian Genocide. Key events are condensed into 9 categories in chronological order, as they appear in the Illustrated Guide. |
