Administrator in the Condominium Act

Abstract

The Condominium Act introduces an innovative method of administration in the buildings defined as condominia by the same Act. This Act introduces the appointment of an administrator for the common parts of the condominium. The nature of the administrator has been discussed by several authors and they have proposed various theories in this regard.
