| Abstract: | WE read in a letter of the 'Times of Malta' of the 31st May 1968 that the Society of Administrative and Executive Civil Servants had presented to Government last December a scheme regarding recruitment into the Service. The leader said: 'If adopted, the scheme would not only be of benefit to the institution itself, but an asset to the "new" Malta in general'. |
