Abstract: This Malta 1930 George V, Registered Letter Envelope, was sentto Miss. E. Johnt Elize Jhor at Trinidad Leasehold Ltd, Forest Reserve, Nr Fyzabad, Trinidad. B.W.I. It bears the following BWI- HAND STAMPS. On the front a Violet RETURN TO SENDER I Deceased, hand stamp, together with a manuscript "Deceased" I G., in red ink. -- Doing a spring cleaning job recently through my numerous box files, I came across the following observations, which were sent to me by a UK Malta Study Circle member. Unfortunately I do not have a record of his name, and so apologise for not being able to mention him personally. The note reads as follows; "In addition to the well known "CROWN" Flaw of the George V High Value Key plate issue of 1914 there is also a "Damaged Crown flaw" on the Edward VII issue. [excerpts]
