| Abstract: | Since my arrival in this island, which is one of the most, if not the most, beautiful in the Mediterranean, I have been facing a variety of problems. Some are common to hoteliers all over the world but three of them are peculiar to this island. These are: • handling agents; • coordination of tourist activities; • training of local labour and foreign labour. |
