Abstract: Local wines were analysed using Gas-Liquid Chromatography. Local grape juices were fermented, under controlled conditions in the laboratory. These laboratory-fermented wines were then com compared with local wines, using Gas-Liquid Chromatography and differences in the chromatograms were examined.
