| Abstract: | On Wednesday, 20th October, Mr Doug Ward, the Treasurer of the Malta Stndy Circle of London, who was at the time on holiday in Malta, gave a very interesting and informative talk at a well-attended meeting of the Philatelic Society, at the Catholic Institute, Floriana, on Malta Airmails, and Postage Due Handstamps and also displayed some fine and out-of-the-way items hard to come by these days from his collection of these two philatelic specialities. |
