Abstract: | The scope of this study is to attempt to bring to light the many reasons why people are so intimidated and sceptical about Secret Societies. This research is for the benefit of reducing the public's intimidation, and for the need for transparency that are so important. Different societies whether Fraternal, Political, Religious and Criminal, all have a similar directive which aims for their wealth, power and the right to privacy and freedom of expression. Can they be deemed transparent if they are secretive? Are they criminal by their Secret Oaths and Rituals, and the many incidents manifesting a criminal intent? In this study the Secret Societies chosen, will be examined on their intentions, progression and illegitimacy. |
