| Abstract: | This collection of six pamphlet boxes of newspaper cuttings, reports, internal memos, lists, correspondence and various other items was amassed over a number of years by Prof. Godfrey Baldacchino and formally donated to the UM Library in February 2022. The documents largely concern the Workers' Participation Scheme that was in place from 1975 to 1997 and are an invaluable source of information about the working culture of the Malta Drydocks during this turbulent time in its history. |
