Abstract: We present a uniqueness result for the inverse conductivity problem with sufficiently smooth conductivities. The data used are the values of the injected electrical current and of the corresponding induced boundary potential, as well as the boundary values of the electrical conductivity. Moreover, a review of a possible numerical reconstruction algorithm based on integral equations is included together with numerical examples.
