| Abstract: | The mtDNA control region has been sequenced for 129 specimens of Hexanchus griseus. Significant genetic differences were noted between the Pacific Ocean and the Eastern Atlantic Ocean (including the Mediterranean), giving clear indication of population heterogeneity between Oceans. |
