| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to evaluate the process of automation as implemented by the University of Malta Library. The study also assesses the impact of this undertaking on two groups – the service givers, these being the library staff, and the users, the library patrons. The technique of interviewing was judged to be the most relevant tool in the process of data collection given that this study is a qualitative one. |
