Between 18 and 24 November 2019, 10 million people in over 170 countries around the world shall be celebrating the 12th edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), which is the world’s largest celebration of innovators and job creators. With an international network of over 30,000 partners, events during GEW are designed to stimulate, inspire and encourage entrepreneurial activities through different stakeholder groups.
As the National Host of GEW, the Edward de Bono Institute is collaborating with various partners and organisations to put together an exciting programme of activities, including the following events which are open to University of Malta students and staff, subject to availability of space. Attendance for these events is free of charge, but registration is required:
Panel Discussion: 'Driving Innovation - From Idea Generation to Implementation' on Tuesday 19 November, from 17:30 to 20:00 (registration from 17:00 to 17:30).
Information Session: 'Malta’s Entrepreneurship Ecosystem: Resources, Incentives and Support' on Thursday 21 November, from 14:00 to 17:00.
Workshop: 'Design Thinking Tools for your Start-up' on Thursday 21 November, from 17:30 to 20:30.
One-to-one Sessions: 'Clinics for Start-Ups & Entrepreneurs' on Saturday 23 November, from 10:30 to 13:30 (book 20-minute slots).
