The International Ocean Institute, with the collaboration of the University of Malta, is organising a Special Seminar entitled Ocean - Climate - Biodiversity: Code Red for Humanity. This event will be held on Thursday 25 November from 10:00 to 12:00 noon.
The aim of the Seminar is to strongly emphasise global concerns about Ocean, Climate, and Biodiversity, with the speakers bringing attention to the latest developments in these areas while focusing on interlinkages of climate change, biodiversity loss, the well-being of the ocean and the subsequent impacts on humankind.
Since places are limited RSVPs through the online registration form are being received until Tuesday, 23 November. Admittance shall be strictly on presentation of a valid vaccination certificate, as recognised by the local Superintendent of Public Health.
A welcome coffee and light refreshments will be served between 09.00 - 10.00.
