The Institute for Climate Change and Sustainable Development and the Kunsill Reġjonali Lvant are pleased to invite you to the Active Travel Workshop; 'Why don't we walk?' following the installation of 10 travel signage totems in the region.
The workshop is open to the general public and places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Following a short introduction and briefing of the workshop by Prof. Maria Attard and the Reġjun Lvant President, attendees will be invited to participate in a short guided walk and on-site activity to identify the barriers to walking and re-imagine the urban street design. This will be followed by an interactive group discussion and complimentary refreshments. Kindly wear clothing and footwear suitable for walking.
