Recently, Amber Galea joined the Malta Women’s U19 National Team at a national camp, playing against Israel, Kazakhstan, and Latvia. The team celebrated a win against Kazakhstan, but Amber says the camp was a rewarding experience overall, from competing at a high level to learning and growing alongside her teammates.

Amber, part of the Student Athlete Scheme, started in every game. She also highlighted the support she received from her lecturers, which helped her balance school commitments while representing Malta abroad.
