Mr Francesco Frendo and Ms Natasha Galea from G.F. Abela Junior College visited IES Ausiàs March Gandia in Spain, from 4 to 6 November 2025, as part of an Erasmus+ staff job shadowing programme.

During their time, the participants were involved in observing the needs and learning practices of children within a diverse classroom. This included group work methods, excel and computing competence, and hands-on activities in preparation of Christmas Gifts. The experience also included a tour of the city, focusing on the legacy of the Borgias Family and Gandia's Ducal Palace, visiting a nearby school in Oliva, and participating in an activity in the community centres. The visit successfully fostered professional exchange and cultural appreciation.
