On Tuesday 17 February 2026, the Junior College will be holding two activities designed to strengthen our community ties while offering both staff families and prospective students a first-hand experience of life at JC.
JC Family Day
Following the success of last year’s event, the Junior College will once again be organising a special Family Day during the Carnival holidays. On this occasion, all staff members — academic, administrative and support — will have the opportunity to bring their children or close relatives to experience life at the College first-hand.
The initiative is open to children under the age of 16, offering them the chance to explore the JC environment in an engaging and interactive way. Older children may also have the opportunity to attend lectures, subject to space availability, providing them with a glimpse of post-secondary education.
A number of small activities will be organised throughout the event so that activities can be age-appropriate, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
Members of staff who have registered their children are now kindly asked to fill in this booking form to indicate which sessions their children would like to attend. Here is the full programme for your reference. Due to space limitations, some activities can only cater for small groups of children. Therefore, this year we will be taking bookings on a first-come, first-served basis.
