Five books published by Aġenzjia Żgħażagħ were donated to the University of Malta Library in late September.
Whilst one of the publications is a study of how Gozitan youths dealt with challenges posed by COVID-19, the others included two studies on Maltese youth's outlook on education, employment and lifestyles, and their perceptions of themselves in their communities, a report issued by ERASMUS+ titled 'Developing Detached Youth Work in Malta and Romania', as well as a qualitative study conducted by the Dean of the Faculty for Social Wellbeing, Prof. Andrew Azzopardi, on vulnerable Maltese youth.
These five books were presented by the CEO of Aġenzjia Żgħażagħ, Ms Miriam Teuma, and Manager of Community and Outreach Youth Work Services, Ms Isabelle Mallia.
Deputy Director of Library Services, Ms Josianne Camilleri Vella, and Head of the Acquisitions Department, Ms Raelene Galea were also present.
The books will be available for consultation at the Melitensia section of the Library.
