On Monday 3 July 2023, the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Dr Stephen Lungaro Mifsud, the Deputy Dean, Dr Josef Trapani, the Faculty Manager, Ms Anne Marie Debono Hollyoak together with Dr John Xerri de Caro, Sports Mentor for the Student-Athlete Support Programme welcomed and acknowledged medal winners at the Games of the Small States of Europe (GSSE), Dr Tessabelle Sultana Evans (Research Support Officer III), Ms Christine Galea (B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing student) and Mr Marcello Attard (M.Sc. Nursing Student).

The athletes were congratulated for their achievements and are considered an inspiration to all. Well done!
