Meet this month’s UM Achiever, Nadia Abdilla, a dedicated writer and Equity Officer who balances her professional pursuits with her passion for writing children’s books. 

By day, she champions inclusivity and fairness within the UM community, always striving to create a more equitable environment for all.  

By night, she pours her creativity into her PhD thesis, which is about financial decision-making among heterosexual married couples in Malta.  

Her journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her family, as well as her mission – and if you had to ask whoever works with her closely, she really embodies resilience and determination.
