Wolves RFC, which represents the University of Malta in the sport of rugby, will see their women's team back in action in a domestic competition to take place on Saturday 22 February 2020.
Wolves RFC's women's team is the only female team representing the University of Malta across any sport, and is currently making its seasonal debut within the competitive structures organised by Malta's national rugby body - the MRFU.
With three days of competition gone so far, the team has exceeded all expectations and obtained extremely positive results which leave them level in second place in the 5-team league structure.
This Saturday will see the team take on teams representing Falcons RFC, Stompers RFC, and Kavallieri RFC in what promises to be another exciting game of rugby.
The matches are played at the Marsa Sports Club, and run between 11:00 and 13:00. Entrance is free and all are welcome.
All those - men and women - who would like to give rugby a try and represent the University are encouraged to send a message on the club's Facebook page or send an email. No previous experience required.
