The Medical University of Silesia in Katowice obtained funding from Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange for realisation of the PROM Programme 'International Scholarship Exchange of PhD Candidates and Academic Staff'.

The purpose of the Programme is to improve competencies of doctoral students and academic staff from Poland and abroad, including those from outside the EU, to acquire and broaden their knowledge about available modern researching techniques, scientific achievements, and analysis methods of complemented data by taking part in the scholarship exchange. The participation in the project will allow PhD candidate to work on research, collect necessary materials needed for their doctorate/academic work, publish an article, or to get a certificate confirming the acquired skills.

The project will run until Monday 30 September, 2019.

PhD students and employees of the University are invited to participate in the program. Candidates willing to come to Medical University of Silesia in Katowice will receive travel expenses, as well as a scholarship for each day of the exchange.
