The international peer-reviewed journal 'Nanomaterials' (IF 4.324) is announcing a call for papers for a special issue on Mesoporous Materials and Nanoscale Phenomena in Hybrid Photovoltaics.
The guest editor of this special issue, Dr Alessandra Alberti (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche - Istituto per la Microelettronica e Microsistemi CNR-IMM, Catania) is welcoming contributions in the framework of the applied material science that can have an impact on increasing cost efficiency and on accelerating the market uptake of solar cells based on hybrid technologies. Although its birth dates back to just 10 year ago, Hybrid Photovoltaics (H-PV) is currently competing with the more consolidated Silicon counterpart.
Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. The goal of the special issue is to increase the knowledge of the properties and behavior of single and combined materials for H-PV that can help improving their structural, optical, and electrical performance considering their implementation in the architecture of devices.
