The VIRT2UE Train-the-Trainer programme adopts an aspirational approach, and focuses on what it means to be a good and virtuous researcher. The training focuses primarily on promoting reflection on personal attitudes and behaviours. Participants learn how to train others to reflect on concrete cases and moral dilemmas in research, and to use tools that foster reflection in others.
The programme consists of a blended model with live synchronous remote sessions via Zoom and independent learning. The training supports participants in reflecting on their understanding of, and own positions towards Research Integrity.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a predisposition to cultivate virtues of research integrity
- Relate principles outlined in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity
