The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) is receiving proposals under the Internationalisation Partnership Awards Scheme Plus (IPAS+).
The Scheme is divided into two options. Applicants are to fill in the appropriate sections of the form; they may select either Option A or Option B, or both:
- Option A: opportunities for collaborative initiatives between Maltese entities and at least one foreign entity of proven track record of excellence.
- Option B: opportunities for Maltese entities intending to submit a Horizon Europe proposal as the coordinator of the consortium to engage a service provider (local or foreign) who will be supporting the applicant through proposal writing submission.
Interested Applicants are to submit their application form electronically by sending an email to Mr Mark Farrugia with "IPAS+ - Application 2021" as subject heading.
The application must be dated and signed by the applicant and the legal representative. All received applications shall be acknowledged by email. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
The deadline for submission is Friday 29 October 2021 at 23:00. Please note that it is the Principal Investigator who is responsible for submitting the application.
Draft Applications including Budget in the call template should reach the RSSD office, putting the Project Support office in copy, by not later than Friday 8 October 2021 to ensure processing in time.
The finalised Applications and Budget in the call template should reach the RSSD office, putting the Project Support office in copy, by not later than Friday 15 October 2021 to ensure processing in time.
Please note that a draft application always needs to be sent in advance of the finalised application in order to allow time for reviewing.
In order to ensure the quality of proposals submitted and equitableness to all applications, proposals received beyond these dates will not be processed.
