All members of the community at the University of Malta are encouraged to actively participate in the University Strategic Planning Process, which is part of our ongoing efforts for continuous improvement.
The approach to refresh the Strategic Plan will take place in three phases during the academic year.
The first phase will involve internal stakeholders. Students, academics and administrators will be receiving invitations to contribute through fora, working groups, committees and surveys, which will help us develop our thinking, our knowledge and our vision for the University of Malta. I encourage you to register online for the event dedicated to your cohort.
The second phase seeks to meaningfully involve external stakeholders in building a strategic direction for the university's effective impact on society, industry and the nation.
The third phase will capture the views of all stakeholders on the initial draft. A final draft will then be reviewed by Senate and finally Council will consider the proposed plan.
We are keen to hear your views, so that we can ensure that the forthcoming Strategic Plan is informed by the concerns and insights of the wider University community.
