The University of Malta Library Open Science Department presents the twenty-seventh (27th) issue of OAR@UM Update: February 2020.

This issue presents one of the most influential Open Access publishers, the Public Library of Science (PLoS). Through seven high-quality, peer-reviewed journals, PLoS brings forth the newest research from the fields of science, technology, and medicine, while awarding the authors with increased visibility, impact and collaboration opportunities.

Additionally, the Open Science Department would like to inform you that the next OAR@UM Workshops will be held on 11 March 2020 between 11:00 and 12:00 at the IT Services Building, Training Room (TR) 106, and on 4 April 2020 between 14:00 and 15:00 at the IT Services Building, Training Room (TR) 106.
