IT Services has recently launched Live Chat to support staff and students with their IT-related queries.
Live Chat is ideal for general queries and for issues that can be resolved quickly. For other queries, users are encouraged to use the UniDesk Self-Service Portal. This portal features a Knowledge Base with answers and guides for common IT issues and can also be used to request IT support and services.
Live Chat complements the existing IT support services and is available weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
