We’re pleased to announce the release of the updated Sales Order SOP (ZRH-005), which provides a clear and standardised process to follow when offering paid services to external clients through UM lab facilities.

- How to prepare quotations and apply remuneration guidelines
- How to use official templates to ensure professionalism and legal clarity
