It’s that highly-anticipated time of year when our postgraduate students are just about to step into a new chapter, celebrating years of dedication, late-night research, and countless academic milestones. It won’t be long before we come together to honour these achievements at our March graduation ceremonies: moments to cherish, memories to celebrate, and success to share with friends, family, and the entire community.
March Postgraduate Graduations at the University of Malta are almost here, so here is a comprehensive guide as to what to expect, in order to be able to cherish every achievement, as it should be.
This graduation season will kick off with a Graduation Thanksgiving Mass to be held at St John’s Co-Cathedral on Wednesday 26 February at 18:30. This will also be streamed live on the UM Facebook Page.
Depending on the degree completed, graduands will celebrate during one of 18 ceremonies to be held between Monday 2 March and Thursday 12 March, with two ceremonies on each day, one starting at 13:00 and the other starting at 16:00.
If you’re unsure when your ceremony will be, here is a handy list of all 18 upcoming ceremonies.
If you haven’t yet rented your toga or would like to check the dress code, you'll find all the information online.
A printable version of the Commemorative Booklet will be made available on the UM website closer to the dates.
