The Panel Discussion 'Understanding the ripple effects of domestic violence and femicide on families' aims to raise awareness and foster dialogue on the far-reaching impact of domestic violence and femicide on families.

Through this panel discussion, we seek to highlight the emotional, social, psychological and legal dimensions of these issues, explore how they affect family dynamics and wellbeing, and reflect on the role of support services, institutions, and policy frameworks in addressing and preventing such forms of violence

The session will be moderated by Ms Donatella Pace Olivari, social worker at the UM's Health and Wellness Centre

This event is a collaborative initiative between the Equity Office and the Commission for Domestic and Gender-Based Violence.
