Will address the variety of problems faced by organizations exposing APIs, to ensure that their services can be effectively used by a wide range of clients. Similar problems are faced by organisations relying on internal APIs for sharing data between teams. Offered services need to be integrated into a wide set of environments that access them from distinct platforms and languages; users have different expectations about the behaviour and quality levels of the provided services. The workplan of WP2 aims to develop techniques and approaches to support the activities involved in the different stages of software production based on b-APIs. Topics related with tool support for the approaches developed in this WP will be addressed in WP4.
