Antenna excitations need to change for each patient to provide an optimum focusing of the microwave energy on the target region. Determining the excitation parameters is still a challenge. We propose a deep learning-based approach for finding the optimized antenna excitation parameters without making any assumptions and without any applicator design restrictions. This optimization approach can enable finding the best MH applicator design as well as the best antenna excitation parameters for any applicator.
