Professor Tanya Sammut-Bonnici is Pro-Rector for Strategic Planning and Enterprise at the University of Malta, and Joint Editor of the Wiley Encyclopedia of Strategic Management. She is responsible for the participative development of the University’s strategic planning process and enterprise engagement in educational activities. Professor Sammut-Bonnici's contribution to academia lies in strategic management and has published in the International Journal of Management Reviews, European Business Journal, Encyclopedia of International Management, Encyclopedia of Marketing Management, as well as leading textbooks including Dynamics of International Strategy, and Strategy Analysis and Practice.
Professor Sammut-Bonnici has held leading executive posts in enterprise and industry, as well as leadership posts in international higher education institutions.

Dr Anna Borg is a senior lecturer and former director of the Centre for Labour Studies. She lectures in the area of equality and diversity in the labour market, human resource issues, work-life balance and qualitative research methods. She served as an expert with the European Social Policy Network (ESPN). She led the Gender Equality Unit at the Employment and Training Corporation as well as the EU Education and Training Agency for Leonardo Da Vinci in Malta. She remains active in NGOs that promote gender equality and is one of the founder members of the Malta Women's Lobby, and the founder of the Association for Equality (A4E).
Dr Manwel Debono is senior lecturer and chartered occupational psychologist at the University of Malta, and a former director of its Centre for Labour Studies. He has been involved in numerous local and European research projects dealing with industrial relations and working conditions. He is a veteran contributor to both the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions and the European Employment Policy Observatory. His research interests include industrial relations, working conditions, human resources and career development.

Dr Luke Fiorini is the Director of the Centre for Labour Studies, a lecturer at the same Centre and also coordinates the Bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety course. Dr Fiorini lectures in areas related to occupational health and safety, human resource management and ergonomics. He has been involved in a number of the Centre’s projects, primarily contributing to the Centre’s Eurofound commitments. Dr Fiorini holds degrees in physiotherapy, ergonomics, and occupational health psychology and management. He represents Malta on the European Trade Union Institute’s (ETUI) Worker Participation Network and is an ambassador of the European Network Education and Training in Occupational Safety and Health (ENETOSH). He has also worked as a consultant to various organisations on topics related to health, wellbeing and ergonomics at work.

Mr Melchior Vella is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta and Manager at the National Development and Social Fund. He graduated in B.Com. (Hons) in Economics (First Class) from the University of Malta and completed a Master of Science degree in Economics at the University of Essex in 2016 with distinction. He is studying for a PhD in Economics at the University of Essex. Before joining the Fund, Melchior held the post of economist at the Economic Policy Department and was entrusted with research involving microdata on labour force participation, inequality, pensions and long-term projections.
