Abstract: Chapter discussing the importance of taking care of the physical sites and artifacts so that they will be available for future generations. Virtual reality models are important but the physical object/site will provide an experience which shall be lost if heritage is not taken care of properly. This chapter also discusses the idea of stewardship, where heritage such as the Megalithic Temples of Malta are considered as common heritage thus making them everybody's responsibility.
