| Description: | [Cantata] dedicata a sua eccellenza onorabilissima Sir Francis Rawdon Hastings, Marchese d'Hastings, Conte di Moira, Barone di Rawdon, Cavaliere del nobilissimo ordine della Girattiera, Gran Croce dell'Onorabilissimo ordine del Bagno, Membro dell'Onorabilissimo Consigli Privato di Sua Maestà nell'Isola di Malta e sue dipendenze, governatore di queste possessioni ec. ec. ec. Eseguita nella Piazza San Giorgio nel felicissimo giorno del suo arrivo, con musica del dilettante Corrado Azoppardi. [Cantata] dedicated to his honourable Excellency Sir Francis Rawdon Hastings, Marquess of Hastings, Earl of Moira, Baron of Rawdon, Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Girattiera, Grand Cross of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Member of the Most Honourable Privy Council of His Your Majesty in the Island of Malta and its dependencies, governor of these possessions, etc. etc. etc. Performed in Piazza San Giorgio on the day of his arrival, music by the amateur Corrado Azopardi. |
