Abstract: Introduction: Numerous perinatal complications of diabetes in pregnancy have been recognised. Maternal post-partum complications can be equally devastating. Aim: Single firm audit of pregnant patients diagnosed with diabetes, their subsequent follow up, maternal and fetal complications and long term outcome.
