| Abstract: | A letter, dated the 11th of July, 1991, sent from director Salvu Mallia, to the Department of Culture and Environment, requesting financial support for the production of the play "Iż-Żifna tas-Surġent". The play is a Maltese translation of John Arden's play "Serjeant Musgrave's Dance", translated by Joe Bonnici, which featured in Maltafest. The performance was held from the 19th till the 21st of July, 1991, at the Amphitheatre in Ta' Qali. |
