| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and The Fund Raising Committee of the Physically Handicapped Rehabilitation Fund present the programme for a recital for two pianos, performed by pianists Ruth Harte and Vivian Langrish. The recital featured the musical works of Bach, Handel, Debussy, Saint-Saëns, Poulenc, Mendelssohn, and Brahms. The performance was held on the 17th of April, 1973, at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. |
| Description: | Two copies of programmes included, one with pianists' signatures and one without. Both programmes include notes with photos on pianists Ruth Harte and Vivian Langrish, list of featured music including composers and descriptions, list of Manoel Theatre Management Committee, list of forthcoming events at the Manoel Theatre, and picture of Manoel theatre's booking plan. Non-signature copy has some paper warping. Programme is given no. 438 in archival records. Retrieved from the Manoel theatre records. |
