Abstract: The Manoel Theatre Academy of Dramatic Arts (M.T.A.D.A.) presents the programme for a double bill featuring the plays "Qalbi Ġunġliena Għalik!", and "Bernarda Alba" (AKA "Id-Dar ta' Bernarda Alba"). The drama "Qalbi Ġunġliena Għalik!" was a translation of several scenes from Commedia Dell'Arte, translated by Carmel S. Aquilina and Michael Zammit, and directed by Carmel S. Aquilina. The play "Bernarda Alba" was translated to Maltese from Federico García Lorca's "La Casa de Bernarda Alba" by Charles Arrigo, and was directed by John Suda. The performances were held on the 11th and the 12th of April, 1987, at the Manoel theatre in Valletta.
