| Abstract: | The Manoel Theatre and the Ministry of Education presents the programme for a vocal and instrumental concert, conducted by Rev. John Galea, and performed by the Saint Julian's Choir. The concert starred singers Phyllis Bajada Abram (soprano), Marie Thérèse Vassallo (mezzo soprano), Brian Cefai (tenor), Lino Attard (baritone), and Anthony Montebello (bass). The concert featured musical works from the operas of Giuseppe Verdi. The performance was held in celebration of St Julian's Choir's thirtieth anniversary, on the 11th of February, 1988, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
